BBC and MetOffice forecasts indicate it won't be that bad. Any idea about which is most accurate weather forecast website for Australia?

Our local news and weather is telling us the game will be washed out on Sunday.

It is nothing to do with how good Pakistan is. I don't rate them at all. India can make even poor teams look good like we did against Sri lanka.  There are a few  weak links who can singlehandedly lose matches for you.

Don't rate them and yet they are well capable to make it a completely one sided contest in their favor, if all 20 overs are bowled. Pakistan actually again has another chance for a comfortable win against India but I guess rain will come to rescue India.

Hoping against odd we get full overs contest. Shaheen, Haris and Naseem under clouds and wind will be one lethal combo that can rip through Indian batting so you guys need to hold your horses. Regardless it will be an exciting game, as always.

Why the hell did they choose Australia as a venue in Oct? Doesn't it always rain just before summer in Aus around this time of the year?

I guess Australia didn't want to compromise it's home season.

Don't be surprised even a few easy pickings get washed out.In T20 world cups we have always had such bad luck. We used all our luck in winning 2007 one.

I remember 2012 T20 world cup we beat Pakistan and SA. Against Australia it was a sluggish wicket where our batsmen couldn't time anything. Could only post a subpar total. There was slight drizzle for a while and it became a batting paradise. Shane Watson thrashed our bowlers and dented our net run rate badly. Next day Pakistan defeated Australia by a margin which made both of them qualify on NRR.

I told india can lose mainly due to their own fault. Your side is a crappy side. Got ass kicked twice by Srilanka. Afghanistan almost defended 110 against you.  First get past Netherlands lol

I won't say 2007 was a lucky one. That was a solid unit. India played as a team. Everyone contributed.

Lol can’t beat England C in your own backyard with your near full strength team and you’re talking about beating the number 1 ranked t20i team in Australia where you guys are yet to win a single t20i

if the match is shortened/rained out it will be Pakistan who be lucky lol. I still remember so many Pak fans crying for rain in the middle of the 2019 World Cup match

Mate Pakistan just lost to a English b team at home, India is just unbelievably good in bilaterals, Pakistan can fluke a victory here or there in cup games but are nowhere near India in rankings in any formats, we have thrashed the likes of England, Australia away from home.

Its not a great time in terms of weather.

There will be games that are shortened or abandoned.

Should have been held in December.
