BCCI vs Rest of World (Revenue)

Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh is an embarrassment for the Bangladeshs

That would be because Banglas do not host India as much as ENG and AUS.

ENG and AUS revenue would be chomped down by no less that 60-70 percent if India do not tour them, Their so-called revenue is actually BCCI's revenue but pocketed by them.

On the other hand, Bangla T20 league would compare favorably (adjusted for national income) to Hundred/BBL etc.

The revenues in OP is from international cricket - bilateral and tournaments under ICC.

This is not an accurate reflection for individual board's earning power because 90 percent of it is underwritten by BCCI.

Rather, pay attention to broadcast rights these boards earn from their national T20 leagues.

Not much gap between BCCI and CA. The way people sing songs about BCCI's richness, i thought the gulf between 1st and 2nd would be bigger..

It kind of is. IPL brings in as much money if not more but I don’t think it’s the same for Big bash. However, credit to CA for having such a revenue in a country where cricket is not followed as religiously as it is in India.

Test Cricket , the 5 days game is definitely followed more passionately in England and Australia. Come during the boxing day Summer Test, Aussies will be making record of 80k, 90k fans in the stadium.. where in India will so many people flock to stadium to watch a Test match ?

Fans in stadium is a good metric in a certain sense but misleading when you are trying to gauge the overall following and recall value. Even T20s have a more widespread following in ENG and AUS on a proportional/per capita basis. But the overwhelming absolute size of following in India masks this key metric.
