Tushar's pace was down this year when playing for CSK, he was bowling in 130-134 range mostly and was looking overweight like Thakur. He was pacy couple of years back when he was bowling for DC alongside Nortje and Rabada, hit 140's few times, but this year his pace wasn't as good. express bowling and raki05 2

There is high possibility he might trundle in future. I don't blame selectors for not selecting Arjun. You need to have some performance to show to get selected. Hopefully Arjun will do that from now. In the SMAT, couple of commentators mentioned the fact that he's bowling quicker than when they saw him earlier. As he's young, he may have added few extra yards in his pace. I hope we'll see him this time for MI. express bowling, raki05 and Need4Speed 3
tapandrun Posted December 14, 2022 Posted December 14, 2022 Can not blame MI for nt giving him a game, if a domestic side is benching/not selecting a player, how do someone expect an IPL team giving them a chance. Its easy for small market teams to give chances to unknown commodity but for a MI level Franchise its not possible to give chances to a player who has no credentials at Age group level or at domestic level and to add to this the stigma of been a Star Kid, MI picking him in the auctions was already contentious. Credit to A.Tendulkar; he has been turning heads in the season, was available to play the whole year unlike others. He needs to pick few fifers in this season. I watched his batting, I think in SMAT he was not able to lay a bat to the ball (i guess it was against Delhi). His batting leave more to be desired, but good to see him improving and working on it.

I respectfully disagree here, while I understand MI as a franchise is tough to give chance. But the way they were playing likes of Jaydev Unadkut who was getting mauled left and right, they could have tried him in one of the dead rubber games. I mean, MI changed their team in almost every game this season just trying to perfect their combination. MI on first place shouldn't have picked him if they were worried about Nepotism and star kid allegations, it would have made lot less noise, some other franchise could have tried to see how he performs. Hangargekar was also wasted in similar way by CSK. This century is against Rajasthan who is again a side which have one of the better bowling attacks. Hopefully, this might give him a confidence to move ahead. Stan AF, Vk1, tweaker and 2 others 5

He has the money to buy best coaching and fitness/diet trainers He has the brains of Sachin guiding him..getting him best resources to maximize his technique and potential He also has the good height to get bounce.. When he is currently bowling in 135k range with all the varieties like swing bouncers yorkers etc.. I m very much hopeful that he will crank up >140k in a season or 2.. He will be a great asset with his height and he bats too..I hope he develops good mental strength too along the way as that helps a player to ho long way.. so I will say he is still a work in progress and he isntba finished product yet.. in some time should be a complete bowler bowling 140-145k with all the varieties that we want and improved batting to go with it.. tweaker Posted December 14, 2022 Posted December 14, 2022 While playing for Goa ,Arjun will get to bat and ball on most of the occasion. He should try to get 50 wickets and 500 runs for this season. raki05, express bowling, Suhaan and 1 other 4

I wish him to do very well in international level..he is whole country’s son.. Initially I wasnt expecting if he coukd do well but his seriousness towards game..where he left his family and went to Goa and then training under very strict Yograj singh..shows this lad really wants to make a mark.. I wish him all the best!! tweaker 1
