What will India need to do dominate cricket in all formats? 

 

Disclaimer: This is only about discussing what we should do to become world dominators. 

 

If India plays with an insipid team and suffers an embarrasing loss don't bump this one

Simple. Make IPL twice a year and only play IPL.

If they want to do that, they need separate teams for separate conditions.  They have to be ruthless. Blindly going with same team, same batting order, same batting pace regardless of situation, condition, opposition will not give us a world dominating side. 

Intimidating pacers, intimidating spinner. Atleast 3 or 4 intimidating batsmen.

India can be better by reviving our 4 pacer formula which worked brilliantly even with ultra crap batting

No ! lol If India moves towards dominating anywhere against any side they have to set expectations.  Also when it comes to selection mental strength should also be included as a criteria. I have been seeing article about KL Rahul's mental strength or lack of it since 2017, 2018. from different people. But it hardly plays a role in his selection.

Pay all the Players and the Coaches huge sums if they win World Cups and Big Test Series Away from home. Arrange for some serious repercussions if they won't.

quite simple. shell out massive sums of money to other boards such that their players concede matches and make us win. this is what vizzy maharaja kind of did for himself in the 1930s
