It's 1:30 pm in India, generally by this time trends crystallize, expect +/- 5 seats by EOD, not more than that.

What is so unexpected in that? BJP should have taken care of their Hindu base instead of freebies to Muslims.

Amit Shah is solely responsible for BJP's massive losses in UP. He did most of the ticket distribution on the seats that BJP is losing there.  Should have given Yogi a free hand. Akhilesh did his caste arithmetic very well, which combined with his MY votebank turned out fruitful for SP+.

 

Also, JP Nadda is the weakest BJP president that I have seen. BJP performed atrociously in many of it's strong holds under him. He needs to be fired right away.

And two pro khalistani Candidates are winning in Punjab but even there hindus cant give BJP massive number of seats. TBH im glad im not in this *****hole of a country the way its going- demography change will **** on development and GDP growth eventually

I said the same... Both duo love limelight & just can't stand yogi.

They made BJP entirely a dual affair & RSS irrelevant... Much needed kick for gujju lobby.  Irani losing is beyond tasty.

Yeah, extremism is a problem among a significant section of Punjabi Sikhs, how they were allowed to contest election is a mystery. Amritpal Singh keeps talking about a separate country, Khalistan, then why should he fight elections in India? To see the support he gets is sickening.

 

Hindus will always be divided, that is our curse. Even Sikhs, Buddhists know how to unite in places where demography is in their favor.

Naa Modi should stay. Amit Shah and Nadda needs to go. Only reason BJP is winning 240 after 10 years in power is coz of Modi.

In Hindsight, Think RSS and sidelining Yogi has taught them necessary lesson
