Problem is that the ICC controls the commentary team for the WC not BCCI.  But the "unnamed BCCI spokesperson" can easily 'leak' statements about BCCI not being happy about religious bigotry comments by panelists selected by the ICC.  At the very minimum, hold their feet to the PR fire.

 

Indians are too used to putting up and tolerating insults and BS.  You need to be ruthless with this **** - instead of the energy wasted on shrieking meaninglessly.

Great points. Hard to disagree about being ruthless with these people. 
 

It’s also easy to just make it political and say the government of India, ministry of foreign affairs has declared these people persona non grata for deliberate religious comments meant to cause unrest and fan the flames and so their entry into India is banned as a result of PnG. ICC can do jackshyte.
