Pak is very unpredictable..you just cant write your team out..till its out..

though absence of Naseem Shah has made it weaker from my liking

We have duds like *er and Imam at top

Only Haris has pace...  Others are trundling

It’s only going to get better to bat on. If the Dutch can play with out loosing wickets they can give good fight.

Hasan Ali was find of the tournament during the 2017 CT and played the role of a partnership breaker whenever he was asked to bowl. 6 years later he has regressed so much.

Rauf lacks skill, a lot of his success was built on carrying the momentum forward after shaheens early breakthroughs, Pak bowling below par.

Yes them loosing naseem shah is a big blow. Shaheen is not consistent with bowing at the top. Naseem shah bowls swings at good pace and always troubled the top order.

More than the Pakistani bowling, it's the mentality of a bottom tier team like Nederlands, that will end up losing them today's game.

Even if they are 180/1 chasing 270, they're just one wicket away from imploding.

Ackerman gifting his wicket away is a classic example.

I think De Leede is in too early for NED to have a successful chase of 287 tbh.  He should have come in after the 25th over ideally - to 'manage' and finish the chase.  Now if they lose him before getting close, every chance of a choke.  As it is they are far, far from the finish line.

Pak bowling is essentially left with Shaheen and prayers.   Rauf is  always expensive unless the team is scared of his pace, Hassan blows hot/cold and is gareebon ka Shardul  but doesn't take even half as many wickets.  Shadab has regressed to a part-timer that you pray can give you a few decent overs.  Nawaz is tidy at best, but no wicket-taking threat.

Problem for NED is that outside of their top 4, the rest are bunnies against spin.  So this partnership has to bat for another 20 overs at least for them to start hoping of an upset.
