Once we do that, Saffers/PAK/NZ/AFG combined don't stand a chance against IND in the finals.

NZ defeated India in a tough SF in 2019. We were better than Aus in that tournament.

Agree about Aus being the biggest threat to us. Don't you think Ahmedabad will suit us more compared to Mumbai when it comes to facing Aus?

 

Also what if Aus losses the other SF to SA. We could avoid them entirely.

The way I see it, the biggest threat for India will be chasing under lights at Mumbai in Semi Final because there seems to be a lot of help for seam bowlers under lights with the new ball and Aus/SA/NZ have the bowlers to exploit those conditions. Otherwise, India has most bases covered.
