So was protesting for Pakistan to get his fair share of partition spoils. He was murdered by RSS buddy of PM Modi. I saw his statue again in Union Square Park and it still look beautiful. Not only religious minorities but also racial/lingual minorities. That is why they couldn't live with Bangladesh and the country had to divide into 2 pieces.
