Everyone said Jay shah and nepotism. He has done great for Indian cricket. Matched salaries of woman cricketers to men, woman IPL and now this. He seems to have done better than many secretaries in the past.

Jay Shah as a secretary I don't think is the decision maker. Bcci has a working committee that decide everything.

But there are not too many olympians. And those having qualified for Olympics already has access to good facilities. He might have instead helped those at lower levels.

Amit Shah in Saurav and Roger has had good presidents who i am sure would have contributed in taking key decisions. Agarkar in my view has till now done a fantastic job. I dont know much about hemang amin but he has been with bcci for long.

He gets all the credit due to that.  Because he announces he takes all the credit. Remember how they were sharing Jay shah's comment about winning world T20 before the event. That went viral after we won.

BCCI didn’t do these decisions before. Someone is obviously pushing these new decisions.
