Not necessarily it's the fault of their bowlers. The pitch is flat and they don't have that level of bowling lineup who are adept for the longer format. Their cricketers are more like street cricketers , hence they may look occassionally great in short formats but looks like headless chickens in the long format. The reason however they will continue to create such pitches is to protect the false brand of their batsmen who are legendary duds who have built their name against Zimbabwe, Netherlands , Scotland. They have created that illusion of Babar and Rizwan being world class all condition batsmen and Pakistanis believe that sh** as well.
