Ultimate_Game
What we were so afraid of finally seems to have happened. Make no mistake this is all on that doofus Rohit who continued to overbowl Bumrah while claiming "we're monitoring Bumrah's workload" Bumrah is the MVP who has kept India relevant, and if it's a serious injury it may very well hasten the end of Bumrah. Last time Bumrah was injured he was away for almost a year and now he's in his early 30s, it may be longer. If there's no Bumrah no point in even going to CT especially if Kohli and Rohit are going to be around. Plus it'll impact our defense of WT20 next year along with the only decent shot at WTC next cycle with Rohit and Kohli finally on the way out. Wish that piece of shyte Rohit hadn't come to Aus at all SandeepMotta, rollingstoned, Kothili and 2 others 2 1 2 Link to comment

Wish that piece of shyte Rohit hadn't come to Aus at all ICT broke Bumrah - perhaps. But his bowling action (specifically runup) is a bit of a menace to himself. Cummins bowled more overs per innings than Bumrah (remember our 2nd innings of Gabba virtually didn't happen), and he has been doing well. Likely that Bumrah will retire from Tests in a couple of yrs from now. Edited January 4 by Vijy Link to comment

Rohit used Bumrah as a stock bowler to the point that Bumrah himself had to say he couldn't do it. He had bowled around 145 overs till the 4th Test which was highest of any bowler from either side. This is on Rohit. No two ways about it and I wish he gives up on Tests so he can have a shot at a couple of ICC tourneys and last till WC2027. rollingstoned, express bowling and Norman 3 Link to comment

express bowling
In the 4th test, Bumrah was made to bowl throughout the innings without any rest by Rohit. It was stupid, greedy and selfish from Captain Rohit. Edited January 4 by express bowling rollingstoned, singhvivek141, Ultimate_Game and 3 others 2 4 Link to comment

It definitely ain't overbowling but it's the way the captain bowls him those 20-22 overs If one bowls 20-22 over with gaps ,it's ok ,but when he has to come back to bowl in every other spell ,it creates a problem.
