in ODIs, absolutely, no questions asked. But in tests he isnt a GOAT or even in GOAT mode, let alone lifetime GOAT status, he is a proper chagol....and tests is not where you want to see chaglaamee...

He has definitely declined in LOIs as well. Kohli used to toy with peak chuckers like Hafeez and Ajmal and now he is struggling against many no name spinners. His strike rotation is still superb and with good partner on the other hand he can adjust accordingly and can still score runs. But the obession with calculating centuries will take India Cricket no where. We have seen it with SRT.

Every batsman declines as they age, Kohli even at this age is still one of the best odi batsman in the team.

 

He is still the rock around which team build their innings.He can do this in 2027 too if chooses to play that far.
