If true that is unfair to the UAE who are being disrupted for no fault of theirs. Usually if a team doesn't show up for a game it counts as a forfeit which would send UAE into the next round. 

There also doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind the delay apart from the fact that some Pakistani chaudharis are having a meeting. The whole thing is amateurish and silly. I though BCCI/GOI agreeing to play this joke of a tournament was the pits of administrative competence but poyzz administrators are taking incompetence to the a whole new level.

Honestly, should be penalized like in any other match for 1h. Should only get 10 ov to bat or chase while UAE gets full.

Just put yourself in neutral shoes and imagine what other teams feels about this semi annual drama between these two teams. First Champions Trophy and now Asia cup. I am so glad other sports I follow and watch only focuses on the action in the field.
