rangeelaraja Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 This guy does not belong to the international level - everytime i see him , he just keeps getting smashed. An economy rate of almost 5 in tests. Always bowls a horrible line.
tweaker Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Gambhir is content in playing with a small set of players. So new players should have been tried especially in odi and T20
zen Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Krishna is probably not an ER bowler but a SR bowler where he looks to pick up 2-3 wickets. He does not even play consistently so it is pointless to be judging such players on stats and on metrics not designed to reflect their potential strength. tapandrun and express bowling 2
Chakdephatte Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 (edited) Purple cap holder in IPL? He has improved, can be a flash in pan performance but how do we tell without testing? The time is running for him, but seeing our current options, not a terrible selection. Edited December 6, 2025 by Chakdephatte

rangeelaraja Posted December 3, 2025 Author Posted December 3, 2025 His bowling cost the match. Piece of **** going at 10 RPO.

Lord Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Don't think its KKR connection. He's just the 3rd best option with Bumrah/Siraj nor playing rollingstoned, zaqw222222 and express bowling 3
Lone Wolf Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 India don't have a lot of skill.and talent in fast bowling. Other options are raw and untested. He is poor but I get why they selected him in ODIs. tapandrun 1

Cloud9 Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 (edited) I have already mentioned,he is Indian Haris Rauf. Pace with no line and length Edited December 3, 2025 by Cloud9
Vk1 Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 He reminds me of Agarkar. AA atleast had a good beginning ( record fastest to 50 wickets in ODIs). This is just the beginning. He will make the fans cry for many years. putrevus 1

maniac Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Here is the Indian fast bowling hierarchy 1st tier Bumrah- guaranteed in all formats 2nd tier Siraj- guaranteed premium starter in tests but not white ball. Arshdeep- guaranteed premium starter in white ball but not tests 3d tier Hardik Pandya- good enough to open the bowling in T20s and can walk in as a fast bowler in white ball. 3rd tier A Akashdeep- for now has won an extended run for his performances in England and whenever he got a shot. Dube- if you consider him a medium pacer, did well every opportunity he got and a regular for now in T20. Harshit Rana- can tonk a few, bowls 140ish and safe fielder (nothing extraordinary) Prasidh- please see below Apart from the above list Mukesh, Avesh, Kamboj, Khlaleel, Vyshak, Deshpande, Nitish Reddy, a couple of other trundlers who played in recent A team Asia Cup are your options. Umran Malik, Mayank Yadav are not realistic options so don’t make this a wish list. Shami is done. Thakur-Chahar if they have good IPL may leapfrog a few players as Gambhir loves such players. That’s about it. based on that Prasidh walks in to your bench team.
