Played for same team as Mukesh Kumar Sobisco Smashers Malda. there are YT video on the league. Not sure he is that shaper keeper is not standing that far , he has t20 white-ball skills

The major concern is that Sir Tewatia could be going downhill and SRK has never had a meaningful season. Both could get dropped for next season if they don’t pick up their game. 
 

Below is a tournament winning 12 if most of the players show good form:

if SRK is played instead of Holder, Rabada can come in place of an Indian pacer.

They definitely need Tewatia in form..else the lower order is relying too much on Rashid Khan's quick cameos..

We have to select right clothes for each weather condition ,

Same analogy applies in cricket,when cricket rulers are doing the real damage by playing IPL specialists in tests and having wrong idea about playing red ball (playing one too many bits and pieces ARs here) you cannot blame the IPL 

you can’t blame the weather for someone wearing the wrong clothes, you can’t blame the IPL when cricket rulers themselves are making poor choices.  

The real damage is happening because:  
PL specialists are being picked for Tests without the temperament or technique for red‑ball cricket.  
Selectors are misreading the format, confusing flashy T20 skills with the patience and discipline required in Tests.  
Too many bitts and pieces allrounders are being fielded, weakening the core batting and bowling strength.  The IPL is just a platform. It’s the administrators and selectors who decide who plays where

Agree with you. Just that all this hype around IPL auction is irritating for me.

Have seen some of the their domestic t20 leagues highlights, may be wring  but do not think he that good of a hitter by today's standards.

 

There are better batters and 6-hitters coming in, the issue becomes largery the bowling like for ex:: del t20 league alot of bowlers are bowling ~140 kmph, they may not be as polished but if a batter can hit them, there is one thing for sure that that particular batter can play and hit 140 kmph bowling. Hence these batters can be inducted into IPL playing 11 in their 1st season itself no need for a longer development cycles.

 

Del t20 league, Up t20 league, Vidharva and mahartra t20 league, these seems to be good leagues.

Mini auctions are v.specific need driven hence the values of some player get much higher. Most teams are looking to plug the gaps in the team.

So this time it was mostly Ind wk-batters , mystery/wrist spinners and hard hitting finishers who can bowl too hence the teams went after them.

 

Existing team player suggests the name for new player who they think have spark, scouts also look out for them and then they get called for trials. And if 1 team is interested other teams also like see what that player is about.

And all depends of what they do in those trials

 

Hence we see Mangesh (mp)going to Rcb with Patidar playing for rcb and mp , fuletra going to srh with him playing for same local domestic t20 team as Unadkat.

 

Most of league/ domestic players with some x-factor or something have been picked, the only player would be jakhar (hryn) but he only came good in Smat this season, think if has 1 more good season he would be picked.

If they wanted Bangladesh players out, they should not let them in the auction in the first place.

 

What about opportunity cost for KKR? They might have planned their auction strategy differently had they not bought Mustafizur. 

 

And BCCI have scheduled an away series in Bangladesh? Talk about hypocrisy
