And I tell you, quality of their domestic batsmanship is below gutter level

All looked malnourished ,batswing is also inconsistent,all of them looked forced to play certain shots for the sake of it there is no natural skill associated with it

There is that T20 technique as you have dedicated odi and red ball technique,but in Pakistan there seems a notion going around which they attach with Modern day T20 batting (which they invariably use in there day to day cricket convo)as hitting is all about muscling the ball without a solid base

BD for all their antics still are levels above

People in Pakistan and their ex cricketers because of their flawed dna wiring still have that buffon level misconception (or ego)where they believe they are just not giving right players opportunity as paxtan is brimming with talent ,only a normal human being would realise they have no skills and with passage of time they will be left even farther behind by other nations

Can't believe how they gee themselves up to follow a series like this. I was so p#$$ ed off when we toured Bangladesh in 2007 right after 2007 exit. Ravi bot took over as interim.coach. he said there is. O room.for prisoners. Some random Bangladesh guy insulted Ravi.

They have certainly most weak batsmen among all cricket playing nations,BD for all their antics still are levels above pakistan

Some issue are v.fundamental, like the stance and how and where the bat is coming from- Multiple pak batter (Including Maaz- Emerging Asia hgst run getter, Hasan Nawaz- per pak t20i captain generational talent ) have their bat behind their body in there stance, its like taking 1-2 second away from bat swing and batter has to break wrist cocking twice.

 

Saymal in his stance it-self he is falling away from the off-stump line.

Agha pak t20i captain, do not think he has every played/faced a pacer bowling at some pace at back-of the length/hard length, most times his front foot was still trying to lanf properly to the ground before he already nicked/played the ball. 

 

These things are not the thing that creep-in due to playing t20s bt those are fundamental flaws.

 

 

Bd batters (newer one) are getting good still far behind top batters but they have understanding of fast bat swing Emon is good with swing and Tanzid makes v.good contact with the ball.

Associate nations will start to regularly beat Pakistan. They simply don't have international level talent in the pipeline. There is no magic to it.

 

Shaheen and Babar are last of their half-decent talents. I haven't seen anyone else after them with fundamentally good technique to have long enough careers required to dominate world cricket. Their new talents will be short spurt mystery players who will get figured out after every 6-9 months. 

 

I think they had a few promising players in U19. However, Pakistan doesn't have U23 system so those young players will get thrown to the wolves and then disappear. 

 

Lastly, Pakistan's domestic circuit doesn't pay much. There is little incentive besides love for the game. More and more of their young players will gravitate towards low-grade cow-lashing T20 leagues for both fame and money.

Considering the usual lack of bounce on BD pitches the umpire's decision was likely seasoned with a relevant dose of PTSD.

3 wickets down. Farhan played a very subdued innings. Gotta see if he could really make the transition from T20s to ODIs. 2 more wickets and BD will be in the game.
