Cricketics Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 So let's form a team who don't deserve to be in the current 11 line up or players who really annoy you because they keep coming back into the team after getting dropped. It doesn't include players like Sehwag who are failing rite now. It's a list of players which just completely suck on their return and keep coming back and forth but still they are extremely talented or atleast better players in our domestic circuit then most and you can't ignore them totally. Here's my list. Vijay Mukund Rohit Dhawan Badrinath Dinesh Karthik Irfan Pathan Mishra R.p Singh Ashish Nehra Munaf Patel
Cricketics Posted October 4, 2012 Author Posted October 4, 2012 Rahane? He suck??how many comebacks has he had?? He is pretty good.. Better then most in the above list.
vvvslaxman Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Mukund never got picked up after he was dropped. But i don't think he is the kind of batsaman who is our future. Atleast M Vijay is good in indian conditions.

jairamesh Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Abit unfair on Munaf, his fitness is an issue but always performed when he has returned. Chawla has to be in their surely.
Desi Cartman Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Im ok as long as Jadoo doesnt make a come back
gaurav92 Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Im ok as long as Jadoo doesnt make a come back :giggle:

Here's my list. Vijay Mukund Rohit Dhawan Badrinath Dinesh Karthik Irfan Pathan Mishra R.p Singh Ashish Nehra Munaf Patel I agree with most , Vijay to me has what it takes to be a star batsmen, Rohit should be playing test,Irfan had injury issues and has done well after comeback,I am frustrated to see Badrinath as he is useless RP is unfit and bowling like a club bolwer for couple of years Mishra is a tried tested failure Munaf phew a waste as far as what he could have been, did not have a mentor or a good setup to tell him , played safe after minor injury and turned from a good fast bowling find to a trundler Mukund does not look like he will be successful Parthiv in ODI a waste PK unless he picks up the pace and makes major changes Dinda looks club class 134k trundler with no tricks Unadkat hopefully doen't make a comeback anytime soon Mithun as a pacer in test or odi a waste of time Balaji way past his prime, part of recycle policy
The Outsider Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Here's my list. Vijay Mukund Rohit Dhawan Badrinath Dinesh Karthik Irfan Pathan Mishra R.p Singh Ashish Nehra Munaf Patel Way off the mark. Nehra has fitness problems but over an extended run has done as well as any other Indian pace bowler except Zaheer in ODIs. Same with Munaf, he bowls with good control and has been one of India's best ODI bowlers over the past 2-3 years. Pathan - what wrong has he done? How many Indian cricketers have the kind of all round record Pathan has after 100+ ODIs - a batting average of 25 and a bowling average below 30 is no joke. Any such list without Jadeja and Chawla makes no sense.
rkt.india Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Chawla is such an obnoxious selection, so out of the blue.
Old guy Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 irfan does not deserves to be on this list he is handy cricketer most teams wont mind having him in team in limited overs cricket
Sidhoni Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit Rohit
vvvslaxman Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Problem is lack of hunger at the international level. Progress have to be consistent.
