I think SKY threw them off with 360  play and messed their line and lengths and in PP our bowlers getting enough swing to fully commit to strokeplay..

middle overs will define how our bowlers contain then when asking rate is too high

Haven’t been following recent matches live. But just looking at the scores, I think our lower middle order is improving. Kohli seems to be back in firm too. And with Sky, Pandya and DK, that looks strong. Depends on how they perform in pressure situations though but good signs.

Had we just been smarter in our bowling line up selections and groomed/ given more chances to these young quicks, we would have had a very good chance at this world cup.

Assuming that the selectors dont know whether Tyagi and Mohsin ard match fit or not, and hence can't select them ....

 

And assuming that Umran and Sen have to fly to Australia with Kohli and Rohit to give them practice the moment they land .... 

 

Still there are Khaleel and Dayal who are much more accomplished white ball pacers than Mukesh Kumar averaging 44 in List A.

Kuldeep sen needs to learn from Chahar, has similar action and bowling style. He is quicker and if he starts working on his swing can be really handy

Yes, SA bowlers were poor too but our bowlers had the added advantage of their huge total creating massive pressure. 

 

Yet, we almost lost this game after scoring 237. 

 

Our bowling  has become totally dependent on swing and surface grip. And our death bowling is very non-dependable.

Not good !

Pressure is no longer longer real thing in chasing . Teams actually prefer chasing. Conditions were good for batting but that 2nd half of 2nd innings war particularly harsh for bowlers. 

 

Our bowling has quite a few flaws but today's pitch won't tell us much.

There is a huge difference between chasing a normal total and chasing 237.
