Ganguly has almost double the number of runs, with an avg not too bad and some great knocks in world cups/ICC tourneys. Yuvraj is mostly due to performance in 2011 WC. If Kohli has a world cup like that, then he will beat him. :--D Note I am comparing them as players and not just batsmen and both these had all rounder capabilities, with Ganguly being a captain I rate very high.

Kohli and Dhoni are probably the two best ODI batsmen from India. They are surely two of the best chasers ever in international one day history.
