So a lizard has caught my attention for the last few weeks. First time I saw it, it looked like a cute little baby lizard that only walked on the floor. Even after our repeated efforts, it wouldn't climb a wall, and preferred to stay in our store under an old table. Ever since that day, we have spotted it a number of times, it looks a lot bigger now, but more than 80% of the times, it does not stick to the walls like a normal lizard would and keeps running on the floor before settling under our bed or going back to it's favourite hiding place i.e. our store. A lizard that prefers the floor to a wall, that's strange. Could this be a mutant lizard? Would scientists take interest in this behaviour? :omg:

May be it is godzilla :nervous:
Ye thoda jaada ho gaya, but seriously, I have searched the whole internet and there is no mention of any house-lizard that exhibits this behaviour. Does this make it an important specimen for the scientists?

Floor is usually cooler than walls... Maybe, when it gets cooler, it'll move to walls... Lizards look for food on the wall, near light bulbs etc... This one appears to get enough food on the floor, it appears...

Nice story, we have had such lizards in my ancestral home, i reckon you live in a tropical place, lots of moisture and fleas mosquitoes that fall down to the floor. Its pretty common, some little house lizards make a living under a tv stand or cupboard sometimes two, till they are pretty big.

We have a baby lizard in our house which always crawls on the kitchen floor. I found it freakish too that it prefers floor over walls. I always have my wife shoo it away before I enter the kitchen. This pisses off my wife that she has to always handle the situation but I promised her whenever a snake, a lion or a dinosaur enters or house I will be in the front line protecting her. :winky:

I hated Lizards....In my childhood....There were always these huge lizards lurking in the bathrooms of my ancestral village,I used to freak out and hold my Poo in. But looks like all that clenching has given me the sexily shaped buttocks I have today  and a strong prostate :yay:

A freak lizard in my house. It's looking for a the remote. Put it under your bed and watch both remote and the lizard disappear. I guess you are watching too much sass bahu TV and the lizard can't tolerate anymore. And yes, it's also showing symptoms of something that can grow to become a dinosaur, since Nikred has told his wife that he will deal with the Dinosaur, you can put the lizard in a box and send it to him. Pls make sure that you take the remote back before sending the lizard.
