The explanation is about how the spouses of cheaters are likely to behave. 

Can't blame them .People react insanely when their heart breaks.

The alleged actions of Shami are horrible.  But also keep in mind that the wife has been refusing to grant him a divorce for years.   I think its ridiculous that a husband or a wife can refuse to "grant" divorce and force a person to stay in a marriage they don't want to be in.

He is a muslim married to a muslim under their marriage law. 

If he wants a divorce ? He can divorce her in 3 months legally and she cannot stop him . All he has to do is give her the amount promised at the time of nikaah.

He does not have the problem of waiting for her consent.

 

The child is a minor so she will any way be with mother .

I hit a small bump in the road in my education when I hit puberty and discovered some wonders of nature.

 

In Shami’s case he discovered phone number of a person who can provide him with some “wonders”

Why do you think he has not divorced if he wanted? He is free to divorce without going to court. Why did he not ? 

 

Frankly ...I don't  get why anyone would want to live with a cheating spouse if one has a choice.

In Indian law.  If a married man and married woman have consensual sex without the woman's husbands knowledge and agreement it is punishable with 5 years for the man,  and hi wife can divorce him on these grounds as well.  The married woman can not be punished or considered an accomplice.

Most of people who the domestic abuse cases in India are false. It has become a weapon in hands of the women who try to use to get more money out of the situation.

She knows infidelity alone is not enough to trouble him.  he can easily ask for divorce. so she put all charges she could thought about to keep him busy with these for years.

Accusing her of being mentally disturbed shows he has nothing to defend after all this video and chats. He realized she is mental after so many years. Probably will try to use this mental problem in court so that all truth she has exposed she takes can be swept under the carpet. Look clearly Shami is bit of a sleaze bag for sleeping around. Not going to win morality 101. 

 

But this is getting a bit too much. Match fixing? Rape? and all that.

 

Just get a divorce and be done with it. The divorce should be fair IMO. Should get 30-40% of his assets. I see people blaming women for making these outlandish claims, but they do so cause Indian courts do not grant a fair distribution of assets. 

 

Also, lets be honest Shami is not really 28. His actual age is around 33-34 (I base this looking at him and my experience of his type of people from that region). So the decline in him is due to his age. Shami probably had at max another 2-3 years for India.
