Do they have Madrid and Gurdwaras blasting out bhajans and kirtan in Lahore and Karachi?

But India is a Secular country and doesn't aspire to be like Pakistan.

It appears as if you dont comprehend secularism completely -> it does not mean doing whatever one pleases but respecting others including by not causing inconvenince to others as well

Tomorrow, temples could start ringing bells at 3am and broadcast through loud speakers, which would be unacceptable as well

At the end of the day one religious group asked for a seperate country and they got it. They showed they weren't interested in secularism, they had their direct action day.  So why should they be able to get away with things that they won't allow minorities in their own countries get away with?

Like when Mohammad cartoons were drawn, there were riots everywhere but when M F Hussain drew those paintings hardly a peep.

Now that Company influence is slowly evaporating from Bombay, more Hindus shall come out of the closet. If there is one metro in India that should be covered Saffron, It should be this place considering all that has happened.

Who cares about this overrated singer hack. How about moving away from a mosque idiot??His songs are torture to everybody but people dont complain. Azaan is only a minute or two and it is so soothing to ears. Ask Priyanka Chopra

No one is forcing to listen to his songs. But what can you do when someone forces to listen to some Arabic thing early morning even Muslims don't understand the Arabic thing. Even in US they don't allow loud speakers for religious stuff.

Who is priyanka chopra ? If she likes she can go to a mosque just because one person likes it does mean you force it on everyone. This is not first time I have seen religion being forced on people. I have seen elderly Muslim folks running around in India to make sure the younger kids attend namaz. The younger ones used to run when they see the old uncles.

Sikulars of India are sickening.

"Azaan is an essential ingredient for Namaz. In today's day of modern technology, loudspeakers aren't" - Good stuff from Ahmed Patel of congress.

Doesn;t matter if its for a minute or 10 minutes. its still invasion of privacy and noise pollution. Whoever likes it so much, they are free to put it on an endless loop and listen to it via headphones. Pakistani are so illiterate when it comes to freedom and rights, its mind boggling.
