Has Yuvi replaced Manish Pandey? (pandey in a-tour)

I thought Manish Pandey once he recovers fitness is in Indian ODI squad. He lost his ODI spot because of injury.

So after recovery, he comes back in, or no?

 

 

Now he has recovered but named in the A-tour - demoted to A-team, why.

 

Or just to prove fitness, he is made to skip the ODI squad to Sri Lanka?

Or, has Yuvi more permanently replaced MP ?

Yuvi didn't replaced Manish Pandey.

 

Yuvi was ahead of Pandey in the picking after the England series.

 

It was Dinesh Karthick who replaced Pandey when he got injured.

Pandey played irresponsibly in the ODI series vs NZ

 

Basically threw his wicket in 3 of the matches

 

That was the reason he was dropped as far as I remember.

 

I would prefer Pant or Rahul to replace Yuvraj in our ODI 11.

 

Pant is in the squad and Rahul is injured.

 

An A-Team tour will do Pandey no harm rather than warming the benches

Cmon we need all his 20+ years of experience in World Cups. We need him picking up Leg Spinners with Ease and smashing them all around. We also need his amazing fielding. We also need him to convert 2s into 3s. We also don't need youngsters coming in because they are kids and can't handle the pressure like YUUUUUUVVRAJJJ Singh.
