BY THE way raina is just 30 +1 yes even one leg Rains is better than Jadhav and Nehra in terms of fitness.they are bullshiting people how come one of the best fielder and much younger than other mentioned dignitary can't even pass the fitness test. The entire selection system is corrupt, how many times DK 'll get opportunities till finally dropped. Link to comment
Ankit_sharma03
Senior pros Suresh Raina, Amir Mishra, who are in contention for the India A team, have failed their fitness test and would have to go through the grind again to be picked for the second string national team. Tamil Nadu all-rounder Washington Sundar too seems to have some issues with his fitness and hence there was a bit of ambiguity regarding his test. Ok that explains sundar's non selection But Why were raina n mishra considered for India-A's selection ????????? Link to comment
The Realist
Whole "failing a fitness test" just smells fishy... Suresh Raina has become one of the prominent cricketers who is working hard on their fitness and workout regime. The left-handed batsman is seen uploading videos from his gym sessions regularly on his official social media handles and he once updated a post-workout picture of him with his India Blue teammates. The picture caption read, “Gym session with India blue✌️#uttarpradesh #cricket #goodvibes #strengthandconditioning.” http://indianexpress.com/article/sports/cricket/suresh-raina-sweats-it-out-at-the-gym-with-india-blue-teammates-see-pic-4859502/ Rasgulla 1 Link to comment

Laaloo
Maybe someone got really pissed off and raised a issue of Raina calling out the umpires recently for calling off the play for little rain. Link to comment

Texy
Bullshyt...more ways to keep Raina out of the squad. Raina should've been one of Kohli's chamchas then he would have "passed" all kinds of tests. Link to comment

beetle
There could be some truth to kohli not liking certain players in the team because of their fitness levels, considering how he is so fit. After all we all saw him leave out Sarfaraz...a match winner ,even when rcb were in the crap house. Raina and Mishra have only themselves to blame Good that the chalta hai attitude is no longer allowed. Raina is young. He can get back to shape and in the scheme of things again. Mishraji is a different case altogether. Edited October 2, 2017 by beetle Link to comment

The Realist
I'm sure I saw somewhere that Yuvraj Singh scored lower than Raina in this "fitness test" yet there were no issues with him playing in the recent champions trophy. Link to comment

That was after Ct, before Lanka tour .Both failed the test hence dropped. Raina and mishra were at the NCA working on fitness and Raina failed again . Link to comment
