Only thing I like about his batting is much better intent which a lot of them lack in current lineup , but that may not be enough . He does deserve to be in the team atm though , not his fault that the mgmt is shortsighted

Iyer should have never been given his spot to start with , now that's done KL should still be in the squad ahead of rahane and dk . That's a no brainer imo . DK is not a backup keeper , but playing as a batsmen .
Vicks2579 Posted December 25, 2017 Posted December 25, 2017 I think everyone here is getting paranoid. KL will open regularly after SA test tour. Dhawan will be a walking wicket. All it takes is for Morkel to come around the wicket and he is gone. So Dhawan will play 1st test and will be dropped after that. Regarding ODIs, I definitely understand the outrage over KL not picked in the squad. May be it will motivate KL to work on his fitness. Dude gets injured very often. I hope KL makes it to 2019 WC.
