I may be wrong but Kishan seems to really struggle against quality pace from whatever I've seen. He is an excellent hitter against spin though.

Pant on the other hand, tries to unnecessary slog at times when normal hitting can do. Needs to work on his temperament and shot selection.

kishan, along with nair and old man jackson, is possibly one of the best players of spin in domestics.

Ishan is the real deal.  He's got that extra gear that Pant lacks.  These are just impressions, but this boy can play.  Let's see how he kicks on.

Pant lacks extra gear? Guy who has the third highest Strike Rate this IPL after scoring 393 runs. :cantstop:

Shryeas Iyer & Shaw seem to have a better career than these two. :cantstop:

Let's see how Pant does in internationals going forward.

It's all guesswork and impressions at this stage, which one will perform better long term at the international level.  Pant doesn't convince me, I pick Ishan.

Happy to be proved wrong, it's happened many times before.

Maybe both will do well, who knows, it's the best outcome.
