Vk1 Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Seems to go under the radar with indian fans but he is probably right up there in the list of best odi batsman of current era. By the time he retires, I'm expecting him to be on par with MSD, Bevan, Gilly etc batsmen. UrmiSinhaRay and Switchblade 1 1

Clarke Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Wrists of Graphene - strong and flexible. Nasser mentioned the key aspect of his play that he's been encouraged to persist with rather than focus on the usual elbow upper arm technique. UrmiSinhaRay 1
MK55 Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 He's one of my favorite players these days. Doesn't have any weaknesses. His pressure game also seems to have improved now. UrmiSinhaRay 1

He seems to have this rare combo of absolute power while timing it sweetly.. unlike smashing/bludgeoning type UrmiSinhaRay 1
Scar Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 One of the most talented batsman I have ever seen. Phenomenal batsman. UrmiSinhaRay 1

Other than that, he is complete package, I have hardly seen him hurried by any pacer. A very bold thing to say, but he somewhat reminds me of de veillers. UrmiSinhaRay 1
sriniwu Posted June 25, 2018 Posted June 25, 2018 every batsman has a weakness.. however, butler / the whole england team has shed pussilanimity over the last 2/3 years and go about like its BAU even if they keep losing wickets.. the results are there for everyone to see UrmiSinhaRay 1

mishra Posted June 25, 2018 Posted June 25, 2018 Hold Key to English success. Any team over the period which has a brilliant keeper batsman dominates in limited overs cricket. UrmiSinhaRay 1

Haha! Btw Mariyam your mumbai's up-end restaurant are way too overpriced. My sister went to one of them with her other two friends and waiter bombed a 15 K bill on them. And restaurant wasn't even that pristine. Mariyam and UrmiSinhaRay 1 1

Sgattick10 Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 My first impression of him was at the world cup game he played against (Aus/PK?) Where he single handedly won a match chasing... knew he was going to reach great heights. Switchblade and UrmiSinhaRay 1 1

putrevus Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 (edited) How many fifties Dhoni has in T20s in 30 balls. My best guess is zero and I don't think this guy has any fifty which took in more than 30 balls.Dhoni is one of the worst T20 players and this guy is the best so there is no comparison.
