If the parents had talked about sexual abuse to this child, she would have confided in them the first time itself. How can the parents not know the child is being repeatedly gangraped and coming home ? Why does the mother not know child is not coming home after school? The child was sedated at times. Can't a parent tell that the child is not behaving normally? What about the other people in the society?Don't they see the child being taken from the gate ? Why don't people care? When I hear about it, i feel sick in stomach, mind completely goes numb. Bettleji, sometimes I wonder that we are born in the same country. A country known for its wealth of righteousness, what kind of animals are taking birth and maligning the land. I dont about you guys but I often feel "Ahimsa ki ma ki ankh, just hang them". Make it mandatory for them to report to local police station for rest of their lives. There is no other way about it. I know that will add lot of burden on law enforcement but mind you, it will have a check on the crime itself and in turn create less work for them.

This is not a case of someone abducting and raping . The child was going home everyday ....sometimes after being sedated.How do the parents miss something like this. There is no way the child was assaulted so many times and she was not in discomfort. What kind of *ed up parents can't tell their child is in discomfort. The mother is a stay at home mom. How the hell does she not notice a daughter in such distress . Unless the mother is mentally unstable...she is one *ed up mom . That monster should have been behind bars the first time he assaulted her. This is *ed up parenting . People become parents too easily . Sex offender list is not difficult to implement. If proven in court then their names should be fed by local PD to the central database and then going forward they report to their local PD every month. It serves them right as it is painful to maintain regular police contact. But great thing about it is that if they move around without informing the court/PD, then they will be held for the contempt.
