I have no problem with alternating between DK and Pant. One will stand out. Dhoni needs to go. I am always in the favor of trying people but Pant deserves a run.

If I am the coach I will alternate between Pant and DK. One will look better than other and that should decide it.

Azharuddin said on aaj tak that Rahul not playing ahead of Karthik makes Ni sense.

You need to play your best players in the team and not a team based on what players are most comfortable batting where.

He also said that Karthik was anyway going to get dropped after a few matches and we knew what we could expect of him

Hopefully more ex players speak on it,till now only Azhar and Ganguly have.

 

 

Btw Vikrant for a host who has reported on cricket all life seems really biased sometimes ...not once mentioned the situation with Rahul and seems to have an agenda..idk

 

Also he kept suggestion there is no substitute for Jadeja...and he should always be in team...I mean wtf???
