If India doesn’t win this test series

Recommended Posts

India has won a grand total of 6 tests in their entire history in Australia. Aussies are a good side in their home conditions even without Warner and Smith especially with the bowling attack they have. It was never going to be easy. But having said that, this is the best chance that India has got to win a series in Australia and if they dont win, it will be a disappointment.

I don't think India will win either in MCG or at SCG, I think we have lost the series.

1) We have only 2 and a half batsmen ( Rahane is half), the tail is as long as anaconda.

2) All three fast bowlers are tired, they will surely have one bad innings and that will be it

3) Aussie batsmen are getting better, they will score 300 more consistently

4) Toss is like God, bat first and you are ahead but with Indian batting you never really know, if they get Pujara we could be 50/4 at Lunch.

5) Nathan Lyon will continue to haunt us. No indian batsmen plays him well

6) Ashwin or Jaddu, whoever plays won't match Lyon

7) our team management will at least make one more selection blunder

Etc etc

If the Ford model T had issues, those issues would have been fixed in a new model rather than going back to horse carriages.

So you are saying Kaataan cool needs to fix his batting issues and he is good to go... At the end of the day you are still going with ford :p:  and not changing brand.

All kaptaans & players have their due date after which they become liabilities that shouldn't be dragged on.

Two of those wins came against a B-side during the 77-78 tour where all the A listers were playing for Packer. India lost the first two, then came back in the 3rd and 4th, only to lose the fifth. Gavaskar feasted on the weak attack although it included Thomson who was still bowling quick.
