nitinbwj
Looking at the swing in the morning,If NZ had batted first here,I doubt they would have crossed 170 which would have been achieved by Ind at a loss of Max 5 wickets. NZ got lucky. That spell was brutal. sandeep 1 Link to comment

NZ got lucky. That spell was brutal. Yep, it was a good toss to win. And to be fair, it wasn't a 92 track batting first. Top team should have scrapped hard and gotten to 200. But **** happens. Momentum is a thing in such scenarios. But the patience for Rayudu, DK, etc has already run out for fickle fans. Laaloo 1 Link to comment
sandeep
@Laaloo stop being a passive-aggressive b!tch with the downvotes - counter an opinion if you have the capacity to do so. I know its a very unpopular opinion here - but the 4th ODI is actually evidence that Rayadu, DK etc need more matches to play, not less. Its easy to sit on your hairy ass and vent about players - drop Ambatli he's useless, drop DK, he can only do cameos. In fact, Karthik's shot was so poor, it was criminal. But these are all indications of lack of match practice. You can't expect players to sit on the bench for months and then suddenly flip a switch and perform at the highest level. And Boult's bowling yesterday was awesomely top-shelf. It was beautiful to watch. flamy and Vilander 2 Link to comment

NZ is a good team they will beat this team now and then of course. Business end when the full teams competed it was 3-0 and if the full team would have competed last game it might still have been 3-1 or may be 4-0 we will never know. I think next game will be another trashing for NZ. one of Rohit or Dhawan will fire probably, its been like that for past some time between the top three. Link to comment

Stan AF
Don't matter if we won the series. Everyone now is going to talk about these last two games. And how Indians danced to swing. Link to comment

Good luck. He isn't great, but Ambaatli isn't that bad either. Dhoni's batting is a bit of a problem, but if the other 6 do Ok, we can carry him and hide him down the lineup. Laaloo 1 Link to comment
putrevus
India under Kohli have become beasts in odis, they are whopping everybody anywhere in world.England series would have been interesting if it was five game series. They just need confidence in tests and good openers, they should be alright there.World cup 2019 should be start of Indian domination for next 5 years. Link to comment
mishra
^ Doubt that. Pacers will rarely win white ball cricket. Kohli relies on pacers. Once Dhoni is out, Kohli will have 3+ pacers in lineup who will be tonked. He cant direct spinners by fielding at midwicket or long on boundry. Closest he will come to action is when he is within inner circle at midoff/cover zone. But spinner dont walk back that far. Being behind the wicket is massive advantage Dhoni has against rest of world skippers. People dont understand the importance. Even Sarfraaz does well despite openly revealing what he wants his spinner to do. I wont be surpised if Pakistan starts beating us again if Dhoni goes quiete. Otherwise, Pant has to learn the game, very quickly, instead of sledging he can give advise to bowlers Link to comment
