Forward Defence Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 When is the next U19 world cup? Jaiswal is a sure shot pick. Priyam Garg and Arjun Azad are others to look out for. Bowling wise we have Kartik Tyagi,Akash Singh,Sushant Mishra and Atharva Ankolekar Mosher 1
Vk1 Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 this is a historic moment.. I don't think this has ever been done before by a teenager.. last I remember is this Rayudu scoring some 179 against Eng lions Mosher 1
mani sha Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Left hand bat indian cricket is gonna rule the roost if only selections are good . It’s freaky - the kind of talent sandsaims 1
Khota Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Good for him. It is best to leave him alone and let him enjoy. Too much limelight will ruin him.
jusarrived Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Hopefully when hes ready Virat n co wont be around . There is hope for this kid , unlike the 20 year olds who will be wasted sandsaims and SK_IH 2
maniac Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Need a proper left handed middle order bat. Groom this guy. Virat is 30, so even if he retires at 40, this kid will only be 27 so hope for him Vk1 1

maniac Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Just now, rkt.india said: He is an opener. We have too many guys scoring runs in the top 3. in fact our current middle order is full of top 3 guys like Iyer,Pandey,Gill etc etc His only advantage is he is a leftie, with Dhawan nearing the end of his career may be 2-3 years max. More than these 200's at the top, I hope people track guys scoring 100's in the last 10-15 overs in Vijay Hazare Vk1 1

He is from Kishan-Pant batch and looks a good talent but for a specialist bat needs to do it a bit more consistently. He is a left hander as well. If we really need some solid 4,5,6.. we should have a communication channel between the national TM to Selectors to State TMs.. highlighting the skills that they are expecting.. this would have given full clarity to Shreyas Iyer or Shubman Gill on what they have to do and would also have given lot of hope to guys like Nitish Rana to prove their mettle.. all this has already costed us a world cup Edited October 16, 2019 by Vk1 maniac 1
rtmohanlal Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 nice to see a left hander that too from such an adverse background coming in and doing exceptionally well. May he improve into a more rounded batsman and play for India one day ... maniac 1
Vk1 Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 This guy's journey would surely become a biopic sergio04 1
