Man so pleased to see the passion and range of emotions shown by international players like Ashwin, KL, Mayank, Shankar, DK etc out there. Great for Indian cricket when the stars care about our domestic matches. Hope to see similar passion in Ranji.

Yeah, great to see this passion mixed with down to earth camaraderie...so much better than Kohli acting like a jerk against Ashwin in IPL or riding roughshod over Pujara and Rahane, or Dhoni bullying a Kuldeep or Pandey. Really hoping Indian cricket rediscovers it's espirit de corps and Dhoni-Kohli eras prove to be an aberration.

Yes , and the enthusiasm shown by the crowd was a t some level, there were many who were eyeing spots to snatch which were already occupied

Yup that was nice to watch, but with so much $$$ in Indian cricket shouldn't have come to that. People hanging on poles or climbing fences...never far away from bad accidents.

IPL celebrations always seem so fake and forced, what we saw today can't be matched in those circus matches, loyalty can't be bought or sold in auctions. The range of emotions Ash underwent, probably a mini-movie in itself , never seen him like that.

hmm,  KL Rahul as keeper for T2O - seems to do basics right - stumping, crunch run out after cleanly collecting a rocket throw, stays composed without much theatrics - are we on to something for T20 WC seeing Pant's struggles in shorter format?

he would also enable us to play an extra player.

yes. the narrower the margin, the more hysterical are the responses.
