1.) Jaiswal must be fast-tracked to senior team because he offers an incredible package in batting, part-time leg spin and excellent fielder 2.) Bishnoi has a great spirit, bulldog like quality, but he badly needs to work on stock leg-spinner..at senior level, they will just line up his googlies. 3.) Tyagi seemed to have bottled in final, but has good action and seam position.

 

Team India should really consider hiring team of mental conditioning coaches for all levels - the pressure and expectations from cricketers in India is no joke. yoga, visualisation and counselling all will be useful for our players
