I would rest Bhuvi for Deepak Chahar, Shivam Dube has not done enough to justify that slot - I'd rather go with Ishan Kishan or Nitish Rana.   

 

Axar Patel should be in the squad if not the XI, he's a very underrated player esp in T20.  younger Jadeja who is a better hitter with the bat essentially.
