When you have a domestic veteran in Shardul, why you hand over the debut to Tyagi who has not done anything shattering in warmup matches? There is a process, and you cant just break the process unless there is something exceptional. vaul 1

Plus it will send a very poor precedent. Handing him a debut ahead of Nattu (assuming Shardul is playing in place of Jadeja), with decent FC performances, will be inappropriate.

You are underestimating his pace and overestimating his accuracy. He can bowl 135 k to 142 k spells too if he wants. But can be inaccurate at times. Suhaan and raki05 2
