Dr. Dayara's sperm + egg donor's egg + surrogate mother's womb = child. Dr. Dayara can be a (female) parent now. If he had remained male, he would have deposited his sperm in another woman's body and he would have been a male parent. That's the only difference. For a man, to have sex change and develop a womb and deliver a baby? Somebody else also had the same question. Not possible. Has female anatomy during adolescence and adulthood. Transitioning into male with hormone treatments. Thus has secondary male characteristics (body hair, facial hair etc.). Anyone with those can try having a baby, otherwise cant, i dont think sex change operations can create or transplant womb , there is lots of different plumbing down there for boys and girls.
