But seriously....capital punishment for slapping ? Does it look like he was trying to kill. Let the mostmortum decide what killed her. He can be judged as a bad son, punished for violence ....but don't think he killed her or even wanted to kill her. We get too emotional when parents/ elders are involved. It seems like the mother had a fight with the neighbor and police was called by them . The son seemed to have lost temper and did something disgusting which unfortunetely resulted in her fall. Clearly its the impact - what other can be the reason for a standing person to pass away

Most of them will be parents and elders. Domestic violence rules need to be enforced better and the courts need to become more efficient so that justice is fast. Capital punishment is for rarest of rare heinous crimes.

What about those numerous adults who rob their parents of their property & assets ? The subsequent years of suffering is much more painful for the senior citizens. Will that be punishable by death too ?
