He is bloody good at the top but they have few players lower down who can do damage like he can. For top they can still go for one of Hales/Vince/Salt/Livingstone etc or Bairstow even. You are underestimating a genuine match winner. Don't go by pure numbers specifically averages when it comes to T20 cricket. Also England should ask themselves who brings more value to thr side, a genuine all rounder or an accumulator who doesn't bowl. I think England are way smarter then other nations to bid good bye to cricketers if they do not suit the role & you ll see that happening with Malan too.
