We have go by what we know for comparison.

We have go by what we know for comparison. We too had same issue during first wave. What govmnt later did was retrospectively readjust the data to make a approximation. That nearly doubled the total deat in UK. What they did was that they took deaths of total number of people in 2020 in covid period and compared it with 2019 for same period. Obesity, Smoking and low immunity cases escalate the most. This also explains the scenario in Delhi.

Some kind of immune problems also have caused deaths. A lot of diabetics have recovered. It all depends how lungs are infected and how other organs are healthier and can operate under lower lung capacity
