India's COVID situation will impact the entire world. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out situation in any states will impact India. Top 5 states in vaccination are MH,RJ,GJ, UP and WB. We need to consider the possibility that GJ may be a better run state and have a better mechanism in vaccine delivery. Even WB has given almost 2x TN. TN was busy in elections till now. May be the paperwork for Vaccines got delayed. I think initial vaccination allocation was solely based on the case numbers in the early days of the 2nd wave. Hence MH and GJ got lions share.
