Has Bumrah lost his mojo?

He is not reliable at the death. Bowling too many noballs. Also he bowls a lot of wides too.  Yorkers are not landing as it used to. We just have to hope one of Bhuvi or Bhumrah having a good day.  Natrajan should be kept as a back up. NOne of the other bowlers don't have reliable yorkers.

That was one bad game in a while, cut him some slack

His death bowling against DC was sub par too. A few noballs. Slipped on the pitch.

The guy didn't seem sure of himself that day. And that is the thing with him. Either he has stellar performances or flop shows. Either he's our saviour like the KKR game of the match ka mujrim a la the DC game.

Will the real Jaspreet please stand up?

Even last year I thought Rohit used Bumrah primarily as a defensive option. But whenever he got him to bowl upfront, he got wickets. He will do that again if used agressively.

He will be back, he is an absolute bank. This was an aberration.

True.

Even in his 2nd last match, Bumrah got the new ball and returned with figures of 1 for 15 from 4 overs.

He needs to be used as an aggressive wicket taking option upfront.

He is still bowling okay, but a choker. You see him choke time and time again when there is even little pressure. We have seen this multiple times; not sure why people are surprised. It's got nothing to do with form.

He doesn't choke in tests. He does home in T20 KO stages.

But in tests he is a monster especially in helpful wickets.
