Saying that Ganguly was a better batsman than Pujji is definitely a cardinal sin. You need to actually watch matches instead of reading records on howstat and cricinfo. ah the kohli defender at it again. you got pwned in that other thread remember I watched ganguly's debut test at lords where he scored a century. I suggest you watch that before you start typing with your mcdonalds eating fat fingers mr know it all. Adamant and kohli 2

When they batted well, India also did well. They also most struggled overseas with the bat. Not able to chase 120. 120 pitch was a 4th innings minefield. England had it better in lords and oval
NameGoesHere Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 I’m not one to overdo the conspiracy theories but it seems to me that Virat as captain is clearly comfortable with only the meeker/ humbler types who pose no threat to him. Hence Rahane as VC, whereas more assertive types like Rohit are either kept at bay, or like Ashwin out of the team altogether because ‘spinners not needed’. Cricspin 1

He somewhat downplayed Rohit's innings. NameGoesHere 1

Rohit never was settled in test squad. Rohit is VC in ODIs. What do you say about that ? Enough with Ashwin. Ashwin has been ineffective fair no of times. 4 fast bowlers is what helping us win the series. You guys should be happy we are winning not because someone is not playing. Ashwin will get his turn in India.

zen Posted November 17, 2021 Author Posted November 17, 2021 Rahane in Eng in 2021 4 tests, 109 runs, Avg 16 ... Of those 109, 61 came in one inning
