Yup excellent coach, Graham Reid from Australia. We have had some amazing coaches in recent years like Oltmans and Harendra Singh, people not just for the pay cheque but actually wanting to make a difference. 

 

Good thing in Indian hockey is nobody is irreplaceable, other end of the spectrum is frequent chopping/changing but I think we have the prefect balance now. Give a decent run but don't make anyone bigger than the team.
