Why is Ishant Sharma dropped from playing XI

I see no rhyme or reason to drop Ishant when we are playing 4 seamers in playing XI. He is the most experienced of the lot and could have helped us make crucial breakthroughs early on. We may rejoice for now that we got England all out for 183 but mind you there is second innings which can be decisive in deciding the match.

are you out of your gourd. ishant hasn't set the stage on fire even in the past 2 years. he was more of a steady workhorse. before 2018, he had the worst record for someone who has played 50 tests or more. He had potential back in 08 but he blew it. Siraj is the way to go. Shardul also picked because of his swing and lower order batting. I would have picked Ashwin over Jaddu but this is not that bad either
