Guys I’ve told you many times, please forget Ashwin playing in this series. The Captain is not stupid to bring him and if Ashwin does well then VK will have lot to answer. So the best option for him is to not bring him in at all. If that means affecting India’s chances, since when VK put India before his Ego?

 

Same goes with Rahane. Any other replacement can do well and then VK will be answerable of not bringing the changes beforehand…

 

His only target now is to somehow bring in Ishant else Ishu’s career is as good as over…

Ideally would have liked to see: Avesh, Prasidh, Shami, shardul (for batting), and 1 more pacer. sadly too many people are injured. bumrah is completely off colour right now
