Shami didnt test positive. just shows how open areas are not dangerous. Its almost impossible to catch covid in open area, particularly under sun light

https://www.bbc.com/news/explainers-55680305

Closed crowded  areas are a million times more dangerous.

As for everything else, we can just go with recorded facts.

You can make a million excuses but its the equivalent of my dog ate the homework and others didnt do homework too

When billions are at stake such excuses dont work. This is not juveniles at schools, this is a professional board with billions at stake. An obvious breach by one person who tested covid positive first will 100% be questioned.

And we've come back full circle. How do you know with a 100% certainty that Shastri got infected at that specific event? Is that a recorded fact or just your conjecture?

ICF is not a platform for your agenda-driven gossip. If you have the documents to prove that Shastri got infected at that event, please provide them.

It is not a court of law where you need a 100% proof

You can believe that the same person who attended a high risk event coincidentally got it from other means and was first to test positive

Neither BCCI, nor ECB nor most adults will believe this,  nor they need 100% proof

If Piers is correct, then there is absolutely no way the ECB weren't aware of this event.

If the ECB chief was present, then it is safe to assume that the permission was granted to have the book launch.

It seems that post the Indian staff getting infected, people are just trying to wash their hands off any responsibility.

You need proof to defame shastri and co. Prove it.

Manchester has clouderson written all over it. No matter what the pitch looks like, ball will do banana swing for him, every session. Because clouds will remain and remain.

So lets not fall for spin theory. Be very careful with team selection. Play only one spinner

“Crowded event” is very debatable term. 10 people = crowd. 200 people also equals to crowd. Thats why i am not falling for this book event theory. Infact 99.9% chance is that they got it from somewhere else.

PS: Most likely event may have been organised by ECB.

Doesnt matter how many were there if its a closed, air conditioned,  indoor event without mask. Chance of infection rises astronomically

Ah so the person who went to a dangerous indoor event is the one who coincidentally got it (first) from other avenues. Quite a bit of coincidence i must say

Oh bhai hotel they are staying is also a closed space. Kohli was also there, not just Shastri, who didn't get infected. Their hotel isn't bio secured.

Vaccines do prevent infections in some too.

Again its a coincidence that it was a person who went to the event who also is the one infected first.  Everyone else was in same hotel without getting infected for so long till shastri got it

Might be just a coincidence but its quite a big coincidence all the same
