Atleast he was performing at top when he was playing international cricket and his decline came in only when he stopped playing high level cricket but Rohit hasnt been performing for last 5 yrs. I thought Rohit Sharma was the most consistent Striker in the history of world cricket. Here he is not even making into his franchise eleven let alone international eleven. As the stats show his performances are average but as the "anti-Kohli" he is lauded despite equally flopping, like his oversized belly, at every major international tournament.
