Depends on quality of Aussie team. Is beating current West India team really achievement? Drawing series to them in 80s was bigger achievement. Same can be said for drawing series against Waugh’s Australia vs winning against most recent Aussie sides.

Your team should try winning one test against any standard of Aus team first. Well you can start by even dreaming of drawing a test match in Aus.

We all know the answer to this question.

Aus 2020 anyday.

But why are we trying to console ourselves this way?

It's not an either or situation.

We have been woeful in LOI for a long time now. Uprooting trees when it doesn't matter and choking when it does.

WCs first

Test series in SENA

Test series at home

A competitive but yawnfest long IPL with 10 teams now

Triangular/multination tournaments for the sake of entertainment

If bilaterals, then play with your bench

Agreed. Though after the T20 WC in the list I don't really care about the last 3.

Same Aastraya punctured your lots @@s with brutally, you must tone down before you hit reality

One win against us doesn't give you spine to question our wins

Even a random guy Crawley was toying with you lot,so rest your pace maker

Winning a 4/5 test series in Sena countries is a monumental task. Winning in Australia, the most challenging. Nothing else comes close to it.

Especially considering the current bowling attack of Aus, I think that's one of their finest bowling attacks ever.

During Dhoni captaincy, 2008-2016, we were good in LOIs but rubbish in tests overseas.
